What the CP12 inspection covers

Your legal duties as a Glasgow landlord
Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations you must arrange an annual safety check on every gas appliance and flue, keep the record for two years, and give a copy to existing tenants within 28 days and to new tenants at the start of the let. The check can be done up to two months before the expiry date without losing the original renewal date.
