Fitting a smart thermostat to an unbalanced, unzoned system changes very little. Fitting one as part of properly controlled heating changes a lot.

Choosing a system
For a single-zone flat, a straightforward smart thermostat is enough. For a family home with several zones, a multi-zone system with individual room control makes far more difference — and pairs well with a modulating boiler running lower flow temperatures.
Installation and wiring
Most installs take two to three hours, including wiring at the boiler or wiring centre, pairing, scheduling and a full handover. Where existing wiring is old, we test and, if needed, involve our electrical side on the same visit.
